Please read these terms before using CSeva. They are written for a non-emergency volunteer coordination service and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final production use.
Nature of seva
CSeva is a volunteer-led medical coordination directory for Andhra Pradesh. We help users discover listed hospitals, labs, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, blood banks, and public volunteer contacts. We do not operate hospitals, provide treatment, issue medical advice, prescribe medicines, or guarantee appointments, pricing, availability, queue priority, admission, diagnosis, treatment, billing, or health outcomes.
Emergency safety
This website is not an emergency response service. If there is a medical emergency, accident, severe symptom, life-threatening condition, or urgent ambulance need, users must immediately contact official emergency services or go directly to the nearest appropriate medical facility.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate contact and query information, use the platform only for lawful seva coordination, respect volunteers and medical establishments, and avoid abusive, misleading, political hate, defamatory, obscene, spam, or unlawful content. Users must not upload prescriptions, test reports, Aadhaar, insurance papers, payment records, or other sensitive documents into public comments.
Public comments and photos
Ratings, comments, and photos may become publicly visible only after moderation. Users must upload photos only when they have the right and consent to share them publicly. CSeva may edit visibility, reject, remove, or retain content for safety, moderation, legal compliance, audit, or misuse-prevention reasons.
Directory accuracy
Directory entries are compiled from public sources, administrative updates, volunteer inputs, and establishment information. Details may change without notice. Users should verify timing, doctor availability, pricing, service availability, emergency capacity, and medical suitability directly with the establishment before travel or treatment.
Volunteer coordination
Volunteers may help users understand available options, collect query details, contact establishments, and coordinate non-emergency appointment support. Volunteers are not medical professionals unless explicitly stated, and their coordination should not be treated as medical advice or professional consultation.
Personal data and consent
By using the website, raising a query, posting feedback, or contacting volunteers, users consent to the collection and use of relevant details such as name, phone number, query, selected establishment, ratings, comments, and uploaded images for coordination, moderation, safety, record keeping, and grievance handling. Personal data requests may be raised through the helpline or listed grievance contact when available.
Children and dependants
A parent, guardian, or responsible adult should submit requests for children, elderly dependants, or persons who cannot understand these terms. Do not post identifying images or sensitive health details of children in public comments.
No endorsement
Listing an establishment, doctor, volunteer, or service does not mean endorsement, certification, partnership, ranking, or guarantee by CSeva. Users remain responsible for choosing the medical provider and deciding whether to proceed with any consultation or service.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, CSeva and its volunteers are not liable for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, establishment conduct, third-party charges, appointment delays, data shared directly with third parties, or user-posted public content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms are intended for use in India, with service focus in Andhra Pradesh. Disputes, if any, are subject to applicable Indian law and appropriate courts or authorities having jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Updates
CSeva may update these terms, privacy practices, moderation rules, or service scope as the platform matures. Continued use of the service after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
